Welding for Beginners

Macra Agricultural Skillnet is delighted to deliver this course with MTU at their  Tralee campus. The evening course is for beginners and will be delivered over eight weeks on Wednesdays,  commencing on Wednesday 25th September and running to Wednesday 13th November. 

 

The non certified course is a Fundamentals of Welding module which will cover the following:

• Basic MIG,
• Arc,
• Oxy and Brazing.    

The part funded/ subsidised cost with Macra Agricultural Skillnet is only €330 with an extra small surcharge of €35 surcharge for non members of Macra na Feirme or our associate partners.  

Partipcants must have their own PPE- fireproof overalls, safety boots, welding mask and gloves.
